This paper uses the multi-cases comparative method to study the interactive relationship between the Nonprofit Support Organizations （NSO） and the practical non-profit organizations，taking the famous support organization NPI and its three hatched non-profit organizations，X，Y and Z as the cases，and using the cooperative governance theory as the analytical framework. Through the case analysis，it can be found that the relationships between the NSO and the practical NPOs are voluntary and equally. The interaction target is consistent；the interactive value is active and effective，and the cooperative governance network system is formed to promote the healthy and orderly development of the social organization.
