The development of medical artificial intelligence brings more opportunities in the field of health care，and it also has some ethical problems. The ethical risks brought by medical artificial intelligence are mainly discussed from four aspects：human morality status，responsibility identification，privacy protection and doctor’s subjective status. This part mainly uses the literature research method and the questionnaire survey method to complete，and supplemented by the expert consultation method to improve the objective and objective evaluation of the benefits and risks of medical artificial intelligence，in order to better use medical artificial intelligence to promote the health care business in China and improve human health.
