为了解国际各国医疗人工智能政策的发布趋势，为我国医疗人工智能的发展提供参考，探讨人工智能影响医疗健康产业发展的未来前景，本文围绕医疗人工智能相关政策进行分析。首先，采用文献研究法对主要国家和地区（美国、欧盟、英国、日本、中国）关于医疗人工智能的政策进行梳理，对比其人工智能研发重点和应用领域的差异；其次，对我国国家发布的医疗人工智能政策进行梳理研究，了解政策发布趋势、主题变化；最后，对省级政府医疗人工智能政策进行梳理、比较和分析等。通过横向与纵向的比较，对我国医疗人工智能政策概况进行初步梳理。
<<In order to understand the release trend of medical artificial intelligence policy in international countries，and provide reference for the development of medical artificial intelligence in China，and explore the future prospects of artificial intelligence affecting the development of medical health industry，this article analyzes the relevant policies of medical artificial intelligence. Firstly，the literature research method is used to sort out the medical artificial intelligence policies of international countries（the United States，the European Union，the United Kingdom，Japan，and China），and compare the differences between countries in the research and development focus and application fields of artificial intelligence. Then we will sort out the medical artificial intelligence policy issued by China，and understand its policy release trends and policy theme changes. Finally，the provincial government medical artificial intelligence policy is sorted out，compared and analyzed. Through the comparison of horizontal and vertical，the paper gives a preliminary understanding of the medical artificial intelligence policy in China.
