The satisfaction of pig farmers’ support policies on pigs directly affects the implementation of policies. This paper analyzes the survey data of 349 farmers from four provinces with dense pig breeding to understand the farmers’ support policies for pigs. After research，it is found that：overall，farmers are rationally involved in policy evaluation，and the overall satisfaction level of the pig support policy is above average. Specifically，judging from the sub-claims of pig support，the policy that directly promotes pig production has been well received by farmers，and agricultural insurance support policies and animal epidemic prevention subsidies are not satisfactory. According to the analysis of the importance evaluation system of the support policy for the harmless treatment of sick and dead pigs，the service security policy evaluation is relatively high. From the perspective of specific policy content，the subsidy policy for economically irritating harmless treatment is the highest. The importance evaluation level of attack on the underground market of sick and dead pigs and the punishment of illegal pigs in the case of sick pigs is low. Therefore，the government should further consolidate the status of service guarantee policies and improve the harmless treatment subsidy system to ensure that the pig support policy system is most effective，based on the principle of adapting to local conditions，moving from time to time，and promoting classification.
