Micro films are popular among the audience and their creators owing to their short，frequent and fast features as well as convenient interactive communication advantages. This paper summarizes the experience and lessons from the development process and creative practice of micro films，combined with the opportunities and challenges of the current micro film development and seeks breakthroughs of micro-cinema creation in many aspects such as the theme conception，script polishing，story structure，unique perspective，artistic level improvement，business implantation，micro film plus expansion，etc.
