“抖音”“快手”“微视”等短视频平台吸引了大量受众,随之而来的广告、打赏、IP运营等支撑其实现流量变现,短视频产业快速进入红利期。但热门产业的背后版权问题丛生,本文对短视频相关的版权问题进行了探讨。
<<The short video platforms such as Tik Tok,Kwai and Weishi have attracted a large number of subscribers,resulting in a great many online viewings. And the online viewings are monetized by business modes such as advertising,video reward and IP operation. As a result,the short video industry has entered into the dividend period. But what comes after the surging industry is a great deal of copyright issues. In this paper,some copyright issues related to short video are discused.
