文化生态保护实验区建设是我国推进非物质文化遗产保护和区域文化发展的重要举措。文章从文化生态保护实验区建设的现状、存在的主要问题及加强建设的对策建议等三方面，对青海藏区的热贡文化、格萨尔（果洛）文化、藏族文化（玉树）等国家级文化生态保护实验区的建设作了初步的考察研究。
<<It is so important for promoting the protection of intangible cultural heritage and regional cultural development to build an experimental area for cultural and ecological protection.In our study，analysis of present situation，existed problems，and countermeasures of it was proposed.It is a preliminary investigation and research of experimental area for cultural and ecological protection of “Regong culture”，“Gesar culture”，and “Tibetan culture”.
