Since the western development plan，the pace of opening to the outside world had been accelerating，and the total value of imports and exports maintained a rapid growth rate.However，since 2016，because of the influence of international economic situation and unsubstantial development of export-oriented economy，the value of imports and exports in Qinghai fell sharply.In our study，analysis of export structure，international market，port system，e-commerce，and foreign trade service were carried out.In addition，the main restrictive factors and proposals of foreign trade in Qinghai were provided as well.
