Since the 18th National Congress of Chinese Communist Party，the chief Xi Jinping pays high attention to poverty alleviation work which was considered as an important aspect of ruling state and dealing with politics.He proposed a series of new concepts，new views and new methods about accurate poverty alleviation，which shows a striking era characteristic and responsibility.After analyzing and summarizing of the operation status of these important theories in Qinghai，conclusions and proposals related to problems happened at present poverty alleviation work were further discussed by us.
