The new class is the object of united front work in new era.They are a group of people who play an active and effective role in promoting the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics.A big part of them are professional elites in all kinds of industries.They are not only an influential part of achieving the Chinese dream of realizing great national rejuvenation，but also an important force to promote the “One Priority and Two High Quality” strategy.In present study，analysis of their survival situation in Xining was carried out on the basis of former investigation.The developmental tendency and new challenges in united front work were explored.Meanwhile，suggestions about working ideas and how to take good use of advantages of new class were given here.
