Since the implementation of the policy of reform and opening-up in 1978，China has been continuously improving its labor law system，which has experienced three stages of development：exploration，initial construction and improvement. In this process，a labor law system with Chinese characteristics has taken initial form，labor supervision law enforcement has been increasingly strengthened，and the labor dispute resolution mechanism has been continuously improved. In the future，China should further improve the legal mechanism for the adjustment of legal relations and the labor law system，strengthen labor administrative law enforcement，raise the level of supervision over labor law enforcement，and promote the unity of the labor law system.
