In 2017，the Zhongguancun enterprises listed in NEEQ have shown a stronger growth，in terms of the business performance and the ability of research and development，and the concentration of these new economy enterprises have laid a foundation of the rapid growth of these companies. Comparing with the other main areas in China，the current developing condition of Zhongguancun NEEQ enterprises suggests a certain competitiveness. However，due to the limitations of the current rules，there are still some problems in NEEQ，including the decrease of listed company，the insufficient liquidity and the unreasonable stratification mechanism，which have limited the possibility that the companies develop by means of capital market，to some degree. Based on the current situation，the report proposes some policies and solutions，for instance，identifying a clearer position of NEEQ，increasing the number of investors，optimizing the stratification mechanism and strengthening the interaction with financing institution，in order to improve the market environment for further development of the enterprises listed in NEEQ.
