本文运用Excel软件和CiteSpace5。1。R8可视化软件对CSSCI数据库中20年来（1998～2017年）的821篇文献进行描述统计和文献计量分析。本文通过对文献的发文时间、载文期刊的统计分析和对作者、共被引文献及关键词的可视化分析，揭示了20年来我国社会工作研究的以下特点：①从发展现状看，一方面受到政府宏观政策的影响，另一方面学术共同体尚未形成；②从知识基础看，中国社会工作研究已经初步形成了一定的知识基础，并且行动研究、实务研究、干预研究和循证研究等方式逐步形成更强的学术影响力；③从前沿热点看，社会工作本土化、专业化、职业化尤为突出，而社会组织和社会治理将为社会工作提供重要的拓展空间；④从发展趋势看，已有研究热点仍将是重要的研究领域，而社会治理、专业类别的社会工作与社会工作服务机构在其中的重要性将不断增强。中国社会工作研究者仍任重道远。第一，应加强社会工作领域研究者间的协同及跨领域合作，开拓研究视野，使用更多的研究方法，推动社会工作研究水平的跨越式发展。第二，应加强社会工作研究领域和实践领域的互动，积极推动社会工作研究者深入社会工作实践。第三，应推动社会工作研究者拓展研究深度和广度，鼓励本土化理论的总结和建构。第四，在重视宏观政策对社会工作研究的导向作用的同时，还应重视理解社会工作研究的内在发展规律，从学科发展角度出发，积极规划和推进社会工作研究发展。
<<This paper examines 821 literatures in the CSSCI database during the past 20 years（1998-2017），using Excel software and CiteSpace 5.1 R8 visualization software for descriptive statistics and bibliometric analysis to investigate research on social work in this time period.Through the statistical analysis of the publication time of journal papers，the statistical analysis of published journals，and the visual analysis of the authors，co-cited references，and keywords，the research on social work in China in the last 20 years was revealed：1）from the current development status，the social work research has influenced by the government's macro-policy，and at the same time，the academic community has not yet formed；2）from the professional knowledge，the study of social work in China has formed a certain knowledge base，and the action research，practice research，intervention research，and the evidence-based research are developing greater academic influence gradually；3）seen from frontier topics，the localization，specialization，professionalization of social work is particularly prominent，and social organization and social governance will provide important expansion space for social work；4）from the developing tendency，the existing research hotspots will still be the important research fields，and the importance of social governance，professional social work and social work organization will be increased.However，Chinese social work researchers still have a long way to go.Firstly，we should strengthen the collaboration and cross-field cooperation between researchers from different areas within the social work field，open up research horizons，improve research methods，and promote the development of social work research level.Secondly，we should strengthen the interaction of social work research field and practice field，and actively promote social work researchers into the field of social work practice.Thirdly，the researchers should promote the depth and breadth of research and encourage the summarization and construction of indigenized theory.Finally，while emphasizing the guiding role of macro-policy to social work，we should also pay attention to understanding the internal development rules of the social work research，and actively plan and promote the research and development of social work from the angle of discipline development.
