According to the analysis of the literature achievements of journals collected China National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI）from 2010 to 2017，it can be seen that the existing achievements are mostly concentrated on the eastern region of China，and the research results on the central and western regions are less. From the point of view of the research theme，most of them focus on the construction of the cultural service system of the public libraries in various provinces and cities. From the perspective of research，most of them mainly discuss the improvement and development path of volunteer service management practice from the perspective of experience. In terms of research methods，some researches use qualitative methods，such as interviews，documentary research and other qualitative methods，some get results on the basis of questionnaire data and big data. From the sources of researchers，the majority of researchers are from the university library or public library. From the time point of view，the largest number of research results is in 2017 which is the fastest growing time.
