文化部和中央文明办共同组织开展的“春雨工程”——全国文化志愿者边疆行活动，搭建了内地与边疆地区、民族地区、革命老区、贫困地区和部分海疆地区横向交流的平台，涌现出一批优秀典型案例。本文以“雅砻文化节湖南文化志愿者赴西藏播‘春雨’活动”“‘礼乐学堂’博州行活动”“中西部22个省（区、市）贫困地区业务骨干影视制作培训班活动”“故宫博物院‘春雨工程’系列活动”“边疆民族地区基层文化骨干系列大讲堂活动”“三明客家文化摄影展活动”“首都图书馆‘互阅书香’图书交换志愿服务活动”“有福之州文化共享”等示范活动为例，具体展现“春雨工程”文化志愿服务活动开展情况及其经验与成效。
<<The Ministry of Culture and the Central Civilization Office jointly organized the activities of “Spring Rain Project”—the National Cultural Volunteers Going to the Frontier in 2010，which has become a platform for horizontal cultural exchanges between inland and frontier areas，and among the ethnic areas，the old revolutionary areas and the poor areas in China and has produced a number of excellent typical cases. Eight typical cases of “Spring Rain Project” are chosen to show the experiences and effectiveness of the activities in this article.
