    故宫博物院文化志愿服务发展历程与经验

    摘要

    作为提供志愿服务较早的机构之一,故宫博物院对志愿者的组织与管理水平在全国博物馆领域居领先地位。故宫博物院长期致力于对志愿者的规范管理,提高人员稳定性和团队结构的合理性,为社会公众提供了高质量的文化服务。经过十余年探索与实践,故宫博物院形成了完整的文化志愿服务管理体系与制度体系。在团队创建上,通过明确自身使命和志愿者职责,实现了对志愿者进行科学合理地招募、培训及考核;在组织体系上,建立了管理高效的三级协调的志愿者管理体系;在制度建设上,形成了证件管理、制度管理、考评管理和激励管理四方面制度体系,保障了文化志愿服务的良好运转,促进了志愿者团队的荣誉感、使命感。

    Abstract

    As one of the earliest institutions providing volunteer services,the Palace Museum has a leading position in the organization and management of volunteers among museums nationwide. The Palace Museum has long been committed to standardizing the management of volunteers,improving personnel stability and team structure,and providing quality culture services for the public. Thanks to over a decade of exploration and practice,the Palace Museum has formed complete systems for managing and regulating culture volunteer services. In team building,the scientific and reasonable recruitment,training and assessment of volunteers have been achieved by clarifying volunteers' missions and responsibilities. In organization,a highly efficient and coordinated three-level volunteer management system has been set up and running. In system construction,four aspects,namely certificate management,systematic management,assessment management and incentive management,have been well institutionalized,which ensures smooth operation of volunteer services and promotes the volunteers' sense of honor and purpose.
