In 2016，Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region took strengthening team building as the basic point to shape a high-quality service team，in combination with its own practice of cultural volunteer service.Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region established the Inner Mongolia Cultural Volunteer Corps，which is composed of the autonomous region's cultural volunteer service team and the region's 12 leagues and cities. With demonstration activities as its starting point，it has carried out various cultural volunteer service activities. These teams and activities promoted the spirit of cultural volunteer service，and improved long-term working and activity mechanism for cultural volunteer service，thus promoted the prosperity and development of the region's cultural undertakings. The autonomous region will continue to strengthen team building，cultivate and build cultural volunteer service brands，improve the online registration and management platform for cultural volunteers，innovate working methods，and further promote the standardization，institutionalization and normalization of cultural volunteer service in Inner Mongolia.
