基于对五家博物馆志愿者团队的调研,本文对当前博物馆志愿者群体的特征,激励志愿者的手段和方法,以及志愿者的服务动机、需求和内外满意度进行了分析。研究发现,志愿者对博物馆的环境、培训、交流机会等内容满意度较高,对自身能力的提高和公益目标的达成也持肯定态度。当前博物馆的激励方式主要以“硬性激励方式”为主,这种方式帮助博物馆打造了一支专业、稳定、高效的志愿者队伍,与博物馆现今处于重视制度化、程序化的“强管理阶段”相适应,但仍存在一定的局限性,需要从建立顺畅的沟通渠道和情感表达机制上进一步加强激励机制的建设。
<<Based on researches aiming at volunteer teams in 5 museums,this paper studies on museum volunteers' essential feature,incentives,motivation and satisfaction in many ways. The study finds out that,on the whole,volunteers are in a high degree of satisfaction on the environment and the chance to learn and train in the museum;and they are positive towards improving abilities and public-spirited. Recently,most museums use “hard incentives” in voluntary work,which helps to create many professional,stable and efficient volunteer teams. However,it also has limitations. The incentive mechanism needs to be improved in creating a more unhindered communication access and a better platform for volunteers to express their emotions.
