Cultural center voluntary service is an essential component of cultural volunteer services. According to the requirements of the Ministry of Culture and related ministries，public cultural facilities like cultural centers carried out cultural voluntary services，and provided people with a large amount of daily local cultural voluntary services across the country. In recent years，the ranks of cultural center voluntary service grew larger，standardized management was furtherly intensified，pushed forward the standardization of recruitment and registration system of cultural centers，explored and established innovational organization and management patterns of culture voluntary services，established cultural volunteer service committee which belongs to Chinese cultural center association；continuously polished the brand of cultural volunteer service project，expanded service content of cultural voluntary services，intensified training of volunteering personnel，and theoretical studies began to attract attention. However，facing the problems during the developments，for example，management mechanism is not perfect，regional level is not balanced，social participation is not enough，we will need to promote the all-round development of cultural voluntary services in China through methods like perfecting the top-level design，strengthening the network，playing exemplary roles，and improving the incentive mechanisms.
