    2016~2018年长江经济带汽车制造业发展报告

    摘要

    长江经济带在我国汽车制造业发展格局中占据着重要地位。考察2012~2016年长江经济带汽车制造业发展规模、效益与行业结构特征,发现长江经济带汽车制造业发展自2014年后呈现出复苏态势。采用因子分析法、空间基尼系数、全局Moran'sI指数等实证分析工具,评估长江经济带汽车制造业发展水平、空间集聚程度,反映长江经济带11省份汽车制造业的空间分布特征与产业相邻相似状况。研究结果显示:上海、湖南、江苏、安徽、湖北5省处于汽车制造业发展水平第一梯队,江西、重庆、浙江、四川4省份汽车制造业发展水平相似,发展势头强劲,贵州、云南两省汽车制造业发展水平相对滞后;2012~2016年长江经济带沿线11省份汽车制造业Moran'sI值呈现出递减趋势,表明汽车制造业相似相邻状态得到不断改善。长江经济带汽车制造业将以打造节能汽车与新能源汽车、智能网联汽车、汽车制造业集群为未来主要发展方向,为进一步提升长江经济带集群竞争力,应坚持加强区域合作、实施兼并重组,将生产性服务嵌入汽车制造业价值链,扶持关键零部件企业的发展,加强自主品牌建设,最终促进传统优势汽车制造业向中高端方向发展,构筑完整的绿色汽车制造业生产供应链条。

    Abstract

    The automotive manufacturing industry is an important competitive industry in the economic system of Yangtze River economic belt. According to studying the influences of automotive manufacturing industry development scale,efficiency and structure characteristics in Yangtze River economic belt in 2012~2016,the automotive manufacturing industry in Yangtze River economic belt shows a recovery trend after 2014. By using factor analysis method,spatial Gini coefficient and global Moran's I index empirical analysis tools,the report assesses the automotive manufacturing industry development level and space degree of the Yangtze River economic belt,also depicts the spatial distribution characteristics and industrial adjacent similarity of the automotive manufacturing industry in the 11 provinces along Yangtze River. The results show that:Shanghai,Hunan,Jiangsu,Anhui,Hubei five provinces are in the first echelon,the development level of the automotive manufacturing industry in Jiangxi,Chongqing,Zhejiang,Sichuan Province is similar,and the momentum of development is strong,the development level of automotive manufacturing industry in Guizhou and Yunnan lags behind. Moran s' I index in 2012~2016 shows a decreasing trend,which indicates the improvement of industry adjacent similar situation and the obvious spatial spillover effect. The automobile manufacturing industry of the Yangtze River Economic Belt will focus on energy-saving vehicles and new energy vehicles,intelligent network-linked vehicles and automobile manufacturing clusters. In order to further enhance the competitiveness of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,it is necessary to strengthen regional cooperation and implement mergers and acquisitions,embed the productive services into the automobile manufacturing value chain,support the development of key component enterprises,and strengthen the construction of independent brands,finally which will promote the development of the traditional superior automobile manufacturing industry in the middle and high-end direction,and build a complete production chain of green automobile manufacturing.
