随着全球社交网络平台飞速发展,越来越多的传统媒体热衷投身于社交网络平台。台湾“中央通讯社”作为台湾地区传统主流通讯社也通过各大社交网络平台发布讯息,增强传播效果。社交平台影响用户的过程分为四个阶段:Awareness(注意)—Appreciation(认同)—Action(行动)—Advocacy(宣传),本文以此为依据,对台湾“中央通讯社”在社交平台的传播力进行了观察和分析。结果显示,台湾“中央通讯社”的国际微传播影响力有限,存在自我定位困境等问题。本文对台湾“中央通讯社”国际微传播所做的研究对大陆涉台新闻报道颇有启发。

Taiwan “Central News Agency” also reports news through main social network platforms to enhance communicating effects. The process that social platform affects users can be divided into 4 stages:Awareness-Appreciation-Action-Advocacy. On that basis,the writer makes observation and analysis on the performance of Taiwan “Central News Agency” in social network platform,and concludes that Taiwan “Central News Agency” faces limited communication ability,self-orientation dilemma along with other problems,which could provide reference to Taiwan-related reports.
