新闻媒体国际传播能力是衡量一个国家文化软实力的重要指标,加强中国媒体国际传播能力建设是一项重要战略任务。党的十九大报告指出,推进国际传播能力建设,讲好中国故事,展现真实、立体、全面的中国,提高国家文化软实力。这些重要论述对中国媒体做好国际传播工作提出了明确要求。当前,移动互联网技术变革带来社交媒体的蓬勃发展,社交媒体传播速度快、范围广、受众多、互动强等特点给国家形象传播提供了便捷渠道。如今,《人民日报》、新华社、CCTV等主流媒体正积极布局海外社交媒体,在Twitter、Facebook、YouTube等全球主要社交媒体构建账号矩阵,主动讲述中国故事、传播中国声音,聚集了数量庞大的全球粉丝。今日头条“造船出海”,推出海外版TopBuzz、TopBuzzVideo和抖音短视频海外版TikTok,不断提升影响力。不过,我国媒体的国际微传播能力建设取得显著成绩的同时,在人才队伍、传播策略方面仍有较大的改进空间。
<<Social media are more widely used as a result of the constant upgrading of smart phones and mobile terminals.Globally,the younger generation has become the main users of social media.The emergence of social media is not only a process of technology,but also a phenomenon of culture transformation and a change in media thinking.On social media platforms,one-way communication is being discarded while participartory culture and interactive communication model are gaining steam with the younger generation.In recent years,Chinese media have been actively complying with the trend of new media,establishing an account matrix on major global social media platforms to enhance dialogue with the public in various countries.A down-to-earth image of China has been built.Coming into the new era,we should strengthen researches on digital international communication theory as well as practice,and further enhance our international communication capabilities.It is our aim to have China's voice widely heard and recognized by more common people throughout the world.
