This paper analyzes the top 50 best hospitals in Greater Bay Area（Guangdong，Hong Kong and Macao）and the top 100 hospitals in Asian Chinese from the aspects of medical technology，academic influence，resource allocation，hospital operation，competitiveness factors and regional transportation. Greater Bay Area（Guangdong，Hong Kong and Macao）is a national-level strategy for economic development. It has a prominent geographical position in the Asian Oversea Chinese region and has excellent economic strength and medical strength. Mainland China Hospital has a strong advantage in the top 100 hospitals in Asian Oversea Chinese region，but the development of non-public hospitals still needs to be improved.
