This paper analyzes top 100 hospitals in China from the aspects of medical technology，academic influence and resource allocation. The results of the analysis show that：in the overall situation，the top 10 hospitals have a stable pattern；the discipline construction has been continuously strengthened，and the eight universities affiliated to the top 10 hospitals are in a leading position in the construction of medical disciplines，and 31 of the top 100 hospitals are “Affiliated hospitals with “two excellency” universities；the top 10 hospitals have strong research capabilities，and the quality of scientific papers is high；hospitals pay more and more attention to online brand promotion and information construction. Geographically，the top three hospitals in terms of number of hospitals and competitiveness index are Beijing，Shanghai，and Guangdong，and the top hospitals in the western region are less competitive.
