The research object of this report is a general hospital located in the county，including Chinese medicine hospitals. This article analyzes the top 100，300，and 500 county-level hospitals in terms of hospital distribution and competitiveness factors. According to the geographical distribution analysis，the competitiveness of county-level hospitals has obvious regional differences，and East China ranks the first of the seven regions. The competitiveness of Jiangsu，Shandong and Zhejiang provinces ranks among the top three. In the analysis of the top 100 competitiveness factors of county-level hospitals，medical technology in eastern China has obvious advantages，but the emergency department has a large amount of emergency and high staff load. In the comparison of indicators in the past five years，the number of medical personnel and business volume showed a gradual increase trend. Among them，the average annual growth rate of senior professional titles was significant，and the bed changes were the smallest.
