In order to improve the health of the whole citizen，the state has upgraded the “Health Nation” to the national strategic level，and the favorable policies will greatly promote the development of the medical industry. Since 2016，Ailibi have been analyzing the regional distribution of Hierarchical healthcare by the ranking data of China’s Hospital Competitiveness. It is found that China is still in an unbalanced distribution of medical resources. Medical resources are still concentrated in cities with more developed economies，more concentrated populations and higher administrative levels. The promotion of Hierarchical healthcare needs to be further strengthened.
