This report，from two dimensions，happiness index and music，discusses the shaping and cultivation of Chengdu's city personality by Tianfu culture from four aspects：happy city and “leisure politics”；music capital and its expression；elegance and calmness embodied by “Chengdu immersed in a happy melody”；why Chengdu becomes a happy city and a music capital. It is pointed out that as China's rare happy capital and music capital，Chengdu owns deepest soil and foundation，which is that compared with the regional cultures owned by other cities at the same level，Tianfu culture，boasts a source of living water-the unique Dujiangyan irrigation system as a stable guarantee for both production and living，abundant and complete resources，gentle and warm climate，three-dimensional and colorful environment determined by its geographical conditions，a brand new Silk Road，immigrants from all over the world，as well as the unchanged name of the city，laying the foundation for its confidence and vitality. Furthermore，the harmony coexistence among Confucianism，Buddhism and Taoism has been rooting in Chengdu，which means this city may absorb more positive energies from this harmony compared with the other cities at the same level.
