2016年,《成渝城市群发展规划》明确了成都作为西部文创中心的功能定位,对成都文化创意产业发展提出更高要求。本报告重点分析2016~2017年成都文化创意产业发展现状,从发展规模、市场主体、集聚水平、发展方式、消费市场等方面探讨成都文化创意产业的主要特征和发展态势,针对产业规模、市场竞争力、产业链整合、人才结构等方面的短板和问题,从传承发展天府文化、创新产业发展模式、构建现代文创产业体系、繁荣现代文化市场、培育壮大文创企业、扩大对外文化贸易、优化文创人才结构等方面,提出成都高质量发展文化创意产业的对策建议。
<<In 2016,the Chengdu-Chongqing Urban Agglomeration Development Plan clearly defined the functional positioning of Chengdu as the cultural and creative center in west China,and put forward higher requirements for its cultural and creative development. This report mainly analyzes the current situation of cultural and creative industries in Chengdu from 2016 to 2017,discusses their main characteristics and development trends in Chengdu from the aspects of development scale,market main body,agglomeration level,development mode and consumption market,etc. Finally,aiming at the shortcomings and issues on industrial scale,market competitiveness,industrial chain integration,talent structure,etc.,this report puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for developing cultural and creative industries with high quality in Chengdu,from the aspects of inheriting and developing Tianfu culture,innovating industrial development mode,forming modern cultural and creative industry system,creating a thriving modern cultural market,cultivating and strengthening cultural and creative enterprises,expanding foreign cultural trade and optimizing the structure of creative talents.
