作为广州市中心城区之一的海珠区,汇聚了1万多家企业,80多万农民工就业。由海珠区总工会购买、广州粤穗社会工作事务所承接的海珠区工会服务进企业项目于2015年3月正式启动,到2018年4月,继续新一轮的“广联系大服务增活力”项目启动,项目团队在海珠区总工会和各街道工会的支持和指导下,围绕职工和企业工会的特点及需求,面对数十万农民工群体,社工团队提出了“海雁服务工程”计划,并以该工程的海雁基础、海雁融入、海雁圆梦、海雁保障、海雁素质5大服务板块作为工会服务进企业的载体,建立和完善服务机制,强化和提升覆盖率,努力打造工会服务品牌,形成一站一特色、一片一亮点的特点,实现工会、社工、义工、职工“四工联动”模式,造就工会、企业、职工“三融三共”协同推进、和谐共赢的局面。开展技能培训、就业发展、普法教育、文化娱乐、心理健康、城市融入、社交婚恋、生活时尚等各类职工服务活动,先后组织了“职工创文当先锋”“‘周末有约’之面具交友联谊活动”等服务活动,深受中华全国总工会、广东省总工会、广州市和区总工会的好评,进而提升了农民工的获得感、认同感、归属感和参与度。
<<As one of the downtown areas of Guangzhou,Haizhu District has gathered more than 10000 enterprises and more than 800000 migrant workers. The Project of Haizhu District Trade Union Service Introduced into Enterprises,which is purchased by the Haizhu District Federation of Trade Unions and undertaken by Guangzhou Yue Sui Social Work Office,was officially launched in March 2015. In April 2018,a new project of “Extensive Contact,Broad Service and Vitality Increase” was launched. Under the support and guidance of the Haizhu District Federation of Trade Unions and the federation of trade unions of each sub-district,faced with hundreds of thousands of migrant workers,the social worker team of the project proposes the program of the “Wild Goose Service Project” according to the characteristics and needs of employees and enterprise trade unions,uses the five major service sectors of “wild goose foundation,wild goose integration,wild goose dream realization,wild goose security and wild goose quality” as the carrier of the project of trade union service introduced into enterprises,establishes and improves the service mechanism,strengthens and increases the coverage rate,strives to build the trade union service brand,forms the model of “one feature for one stop,one highlight for one area”,realizes the model of linkage of “trade unions,social workers,volunteers and employees”,and create a situation where trade unions,enterprises and employees work together to promote harmony and a co-win situation. It has conducted various employee service activities,such as skill training,employment development,legal education,cultural entertainment,mental health,urban integration,social contact and marriage and life fashion,and organized the “Working as a Pioneer in Employees' Building a Civilized City” and “‘Appointment at the Weekend’Friend Making Activity Using Mask” and other activities,which won good appraisal from the All-China Federation of Trade Unions,Guangdong Provincial Federation of Trade Unions and the federation of trade unions of each district of Guangzhou,and further enhanced the migrant workers' sense of acquisition,identity,belonging and participation.
