The policy of reform and opening-up has made Guangzhou open up a door for migrant workers. Facing millions of migrant workers，the Guangzhou Municipal Government has attached great importance to them and established the special service bureau，and the social organizations in Guangzhou have carried out a number of practical activities themed by “Volunteer Service for Care for the Migrant Workers” in various communities and enterprises through the government purchase of social work services，including organizing migrant workers' sports games，donating living materials to migrant workers，organizing migrant workers to watch free movies in nearly cinemas，caring for the education of migrant workers' children，and organizing job fairs for migrant workers，thereby setting off a new climax of volunteer service activities of caring for migrant workers. To better serve migrant workers and enhance the sense of acquisition，happiness and safety of migrant workers，Guangzhou Yue Sui Social Work Office has broken the tradition，changed the form of migrant workers as isolated individuals，established a service home of migrant workers，and organized migrant workers to provide them with free all-round services such as employment information，skill training，legal rights protection and assistance for migrant workers in need，so that the majority of migrant workers can be integrated into Guangzhou.
