In the fast progress of urbanization，the rural areas have been placed in a marginalized position，a large number of young and middle-aged rural people have flocked to cities such as Guangzhou，and rural communities are broken. As young and middle-aged rural people continue to abandon the rural areas，the rural areas not only show a “problemized” development state，but also fall into the predicament of order alienation and lack of endogenous development motivation. The mobility of rural youth has not only caused fragmentation of rural social structure，but also triggered a change in the relationship between rural youth and rural areas. The original order of rural areas is fragmented and the future development is vague. Under the national discourse of rural revitalization，rural development needs to realize the paradoxical innovation in development approaches in view of the outflow of rural youth.
