In China today，the number of the new generation of migrant workers born in 1980s and 1990s has increased greatly，and they have gradually become the main force of migrant workers，and begun to play an increasingly important role. However，due to various reasons，the new generation of migrant workers cannot smoothly integrate into the cities. In combination with Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory，this paper analyzes the necessity for the new generation of migrant workers to integrate into the cities，and provides new ideas for finding ways for the new generation of migrant workers to smoothly integrate into the cities.
