京津冀协同发展从根本上要靠创新驱动,建立区域协同创新体系,大学、产业、政府是其中最重要的三个主体。本文选取2012~2016年京津冀地区发明专利申请数据,运用三螺旋算法对京津冀地区官产学互动合作关系进行定量分析,并通过SPSS对研究结果进行拟合,分析未来趋势。研究发现,企业在创新中表现活跃,与政府、高校的互动较多,政府与高校的互动最少;京津冀地区官产学关系呈现明显的自组织性,协同创新体系已初步形成;从技术领域来看,官产学合作紧密程度最高的是化学、冶金领域;从未来发展趋势来看,京、津、冀三地分别呈现不同的特点和变化趋势。
<<Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperation is fundamentally dependent on innovation-driven,in the establishing process of regional collaborative innovation system,university,industry and government are very important roles. We choose the full data of invention patent applications in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2012 to 2016,and uses the triple-screw model to quantitatively analyze the interactive relationship of university,industry and government in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and analyze the future trend by SPSS. The study shows that the industry is the most active one in innovation system,interacting much with the government and university,but the interaction between government and university is the least. The government-industry-university relationship of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is obvious self-organized,and the collaborative innovation system has been formed. From the the view of technical fields,the highest degree of close cooperation among university,government and industry is the field of chemistry and metallurgy. As for the future development trend,the relationship of university-industry-government of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei have different characteristics and trends.
