This report selects countries and regions with high level of green transportation development.This chapter takes Paris and London as the example of European region，and the city of Portland is taken to show the experience of United States.Meanwhile，the Asian region is based on Japan.The status quo of national and urban transportation and green transportation，the existing green transportation laws and regulations are sorted out，and the development status of green transportation is compared with domestic cities，and the development experience and enlightenment that can be used for reference are obtained.
