After the revision of Criminal Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China in 2012，the law has imposed stricter regulations on organized crime and terrorist crime，trying to intensify the crackdown on such serious crimes and safeguard the safety of the country and citizens. The implementation of the relevant system has achieved good results，but there are also some problems that need to be paid attention to in practice and improved through legislative amendments and legal interpretation.
