In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of “comprehensively promoting the development of cultural undertakings and cultural industries，improving the modern cultural industrial system and market system，innovating production and management mechanisms，improving cultural and economic policies，and cultivating new cultural formats” proposed in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress，Ezhou Museum has inspected the cultural industry development of the famous museums such as the Zhejiang Museum of Official Kiln in Southern Song Dynasty，Zhejiang Provincial Museum，Hangzhou Museum，and China Silk Museum，and draws on the management and experience for Ezhou City Museum，hoping to explore the model suitable for the innovation and development of the cultural industry of Ezhou museum in combination of its current situation.
