In recent years，the Qingdao Cultural Center has deepened the supply-side reform of public culture through innovative public cultural service，and continuously improved the level of public cultural services.Taking the “micro-performing arts” activity of Qingdao Cultural Center as an example，this paper analyzes the innovative initiatives of changing thoughts，innovating service model，broadening service level and improving service content through the background launch and process of cultural activities，and summarizes the effective experience of steadily improving the level of public cultural services in Qingdao by providing high quality，efficient and universal-beneficial public cultural service products.
