From farming civilization，industrial civilization to information civilization，the power of science and technology constantly changes the world.In the Internet age，as a culture and benefit project for the people of China，the farmer's bookstore is undoubtedly required to change the traditional bookstore pattern and open the “Internet +” model，constructing a digital book platform that adapts to the development of the situation.Taking the exploration route of Qianjiang City in Hubei Province as an example，this paper examines the current situation of the construction and use of farmer's bookstores，the practical problems of system construction and management，the flaws and confusion of existence，the bottleneck restricting development，and how to use information technology to promote the innovative development of farmer's bookstores，and some relevant measures and opinions are put forward accordingly.
