In recent years，in the context of the government's continued reduction of financial subsidies in the cultural field，the fund source of Dutch museums has carried out a shift from a single subsidy-dependent structure to a diversified and autonomous type.This transfer has benefited from the guidance of the government's macro policies over the years，the development of social welfare forces and the improvement of the management level of the museum industry.The coordinated development of the government，society，and museum industry is based on a multicultural funding system based on cultural funds.This paper takes the change of the capital structure of the Dutch museums as the starting point，and briefly analyzes the composition and operation mechanism of its diversified sources of funds.
