近年来,荷兰博物馆在政府持续缩减文化领域的财政补贴的背景下,实现资金来源结构由单一的补贴依赖型逐步向多元化、自主型转变。这种转变得益于多年来政府宏观政策的引导、社会公益力量的发展成熟及博物馆行业管理水平的提升。政府、社会、博物馆行业的协同发展建立在以文化基金为基础的多元化资金来源体系之上。本文以荷兰博物馆资金结构变化为切入点,简要分析其多元化资金来源的构成及运作机制。
<<In recent years,in the context of the government's continued reduction of financial subsidies in the cultural field,the fund source of Dutch museums has carried out a shift from a single subsidy-dependent structure to a diversified and autonomous type.This transfer has benefited from the guidance of the government's macro policies over the years,the development of social welfare forces and the improvement of the management level of the museum industry.The coordinated development of the government,society,and museum industry is based on a multicultural funding system based on cultural funds.This paper takes the change of the capital structure of the Dutch museums as the starting point,and briefly analyzes the composition and operation mechanism of its diversified sources of funds.
