Although the economies of all countries have generally increased，the risk of economic recession in certain countries is still relatively large.；Within this region，the diplomatic interaction is active and cooperation is recognized as the significant leverage to solves problems. However，the influence of big powers in this region cannot be ignored. Balanced diplomacy towards big powers is still the priority of these countries in foreign relations；All these countries have introduced relevant laws to maintain national stability. Therefore，the security environment is relatively stable. But on the other hand，the internal and external factors that affecting security and stability still exist.
