    报废汽车回收拆解过程的环境问题与对策

    摘要

    我国报废汽车数量快速增长,报废汽车具有较高的资源利用价值,但在回收拆解处理过程中存在较多的环境问题,如果不能妥善处理将会产生环境风险。数据显示,我国报废汽车的规范化回收率和资源化率都较低。本文通过分析国内报废汽车拆解企业典型拆解过程,重点指出了报废汽车拆解过程可能产生的环境问题和风险,同时也研究了拆解企业在有关拆解设施、人员、管理方面可能存在的问题。最后,针对上述环境问题和风险提出了相应措施和建议。

    Abstract

    End-of Life Vehicles(ELV)have become a kind of waste with rapid growth in China,which has high value of resource utilization. However,there are many environmental problems in the process of recycling and disassembly of ELV. If they are not properly handled,there will be environmental risks. The data of ELV over the years in China was analyzed,which showed that recovery rate and utilization rate of ELV by standardized processing are lower than developed countries. By analyzing the typical disassembly process of ELV disassembly enterprises,the environmental problems and risks that may arise in the process are pointed out. In addition,the possible problems in dismantling facilities,personnel and management of dismantling enterprises were also studied. As a result,corresponding technical measures and management suggestions were put forward to deal with these environmental problems and risks above.
