近年来,中国MBA教育在教学方式、课程设置等方面存在着理论与实践脱节、时效性不强、缺乏特色、成本上升等问题。然而,随着Coursera、Udacity、edX等三大MOOC平台的兴起,MOOC作为一种新兴的教育模式在国内外取得了快速发展。本文基于认知行为主义学习理论、建构主义学习理论及联通主义学习理论,系统梳理了MOOC的发展现状、课程设置与商业模式,剖析了中国MBA教育存在的问题,探讨了MOOC在MBA教育中的应用实践以及启示。在此基础上,本文以中南财经政法大学MBA课程《创业管理》为例,阐释了MBA教育采取MOOC教学模式的可行性、必要性与迫切性。
<<In recent years,China MBA education still has some limitations such as the separation of theories from practice,the lack of timeliness and uniqueness,and growing cost. Meanwhile,as a new education pattern,MOOC has developed greatly along with the rise of three MOOC platforms including Coursera,Udacity and edX. Based on learning theories of cognitivism,constructivism and connectivism,this paper describes the current situation,curriculums and business models of MOOC comprehensively,explores the problems of China MBA education,and discusses the applications of MOOC on MBA education. On the basis of the above,this paper explains the possibility,necessity and urgency of the implementation of MOOC on MBA education by illustrating MBA course of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law named “Entrepreneurship Management”.
