研究生组织是研究生教育与管理的重要载体,研究生组织的良性运行是研究生组织建设的重要议题。目前,高校研究生组织在运行中存在组织目标及权责不明确,组织自治偏离,组织官僚化及过度意识形态化,工作缺乏创新性,组织管理缺乏连贯与衔接,不能体现学生发展的目标等问题。学生发展理论从学生个体发展的角度对研究生组织的建设提供了借鉴,为此,可通过明确责任、确立制度、创新方式等举措提升研究生的自我管理能力,通过给予学生适当自治权的方式加强研究生组织的有效管理,保证研究生教育管理工作的良性运行。
<<The organization of postgraduate student serves as an important carrier of graduate education and management,therefore the healthy operation of postgraduate organization is an important issue in the construction of postgraduate organization. Now there are some problems in the operation of the postgraduate organizations,such as organizational objectives and responsibilities which are not clear and deviation of organizational autonomy;Organizational bureaucracy and transition ideology,lack of innovation in the work;Lack of coherence and cohesion of organization management,the goals of the student development that can’t be reflected. Student development theory provides a reference for the construction of postgraduate organizations in the perspective of the individual student development. Therefore,it can through the clear responsibility,the system established,innovative ways and other measures to enhance the postgraduate’s self management ability,to strengthen the effective management of the postgraduate organization in the way of giving students right of autonomy,to ensure the healthy operation of postgraduate education management.
