Criminal judicial discipline is a collection of criminal law，criminology and criminal policy science and all kinds of related criminal disciplines. The discipline construction is the foundation of the construction and development of the criminal justice college. China’s current criminal justice discipline construction is in the initial stage，the problem is also exposed a lot. This article starts from the problems of the current legal education widespread and compared the United States with our college of criminal justice of the current situation and development，discusses the criminal integration of our criminal judicial discipline development inevitability，discuss the criminal judicial discipline development and put forward some suggestions and ideas.
