German law education is the unified education whose goal is to cultivate the judges. Whoever is engaged in any legal profession must accept the same law education. The Dual-Stage of the study in a university and the probation service，and the emphasis on the case teaching are its two distinct characteristics. It belongs to the professional law education and emphasizes the importance of the basic knowledge of the law. Although there are some problems in German law education，it can serve as a paradigm in many respects.
