The 19th CPC national congress included “Beauty” in its goals，and “Beautiful China” became an independent chapter. The rural revitalization strategy came into being. In the new era，the construction of beautiful villages faces new development opportunities and higher new requirements. The construction of beautiful villages in J city was officially started in 2016. After in-depth investigation，it was found that the construction of beautiful villages had made some achievements，but there were some problems，among which the most prominent was poor sustainability of beautiful villages and insufficient endogenous power. This paper takes the construction practice of beautiful villages in J city as an example，through the specific construction of beautiful villages in Qiandongge village，and focuses on stimulating endogenous power of beautiful villages for thinking and analysis，so as to provide help for the better construction of beautiful villages and the construction of a model of rural revitalization.
