This paper focuses on the agricultural production services，systematically researches the government-led public agricultural production service mode，analyzes the content and present situation of the direct supply services mode which provided by government departments and the indirect supply services mode which including services provided by state-owned agricultural companies and purchased of services by government. It also analyses the trend of the public welfare agricultural production services in future through the identified problems of the existing supply modes.
