The unique and ideal geographic location has provided Djibouti with a favorable condition to become “hub” of “Belt and Road Initiative” in the Horn of Africa.Sino-Djibouti cooperation，especially that of seaport construction，has become a “test zone” and has set a “model” for “South-South cooperation”.Meanwhile，China should be on guard against various potential risks and prepare for countermeasures in order to address the issues of the vicissitude of regional security，the geopolitical rivalries among regional and outside powers，and economic and investment ventures in the country.
