In view of problems about risks of construction delays in the mode of construction combos，three control strategies of construction delay risks in the different cooperation modes have been designed，considering the interaction among members and transmission effects of construction risks. This paper studies control effects of three strategies of construction delay risks based on the computational method，respectively. Results show that：different strategies can lead to different control effects about construction delay risks in the construction combos；three strategies have different impacts on the performance of costs，the extension of construction delays compression，coordination and so on. Conclusions above can provide theoretical basis for selecting the appropriate strategy in the combo mode.
