Corporate social responsibility has gradually become a necessary discourse system for international communication，and it is of great importance to promote the construction of corporate social responsibility under the new normal. This article is oriented to support the formulation of policies in the field of industry and information technology，analyzes the current situation and problems of corporate social responsibility，and studies the methods to promote enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities from the perspective of industrial culture development. This article also put forward the promotion mechanism of industrial and information enterprise social responsibility and make recommendations on policies.
